Dogs are fully leashed and secured at all times while outside your home. We do not take dogs to dog parks or any off-leash areas (including building dog runs) to eliminate the risk of unpredictable altercations.

🚫 No On-Leash Socialization

Our walkers are required to actively avoid interaction with other dogs on the street, unless otherwise directed. Regardless of how friendly your dog is, we cannot predict the behavior of unknown dogs. We prioritize one-on-one time and forward momentum.

Walkers are trained to avoid interacting with human passersby to keep your dog focused and prevent them from being triggered by unknown variables. Additionally, our dedicated office staff is always on standby to provide immediate support in the event of an emergency.

  • Key Logistics & Courier Fees: To maintain this strict protocol outside of the initial complimentary consultation, any separate, future key pickup or drop-off trips requested by the client will incur a standard $10 service fee.

  • Pre-Authorized Treatment Limits: To ensure that life-saving emergency medical treatments or triage operations are never delayed by administrative billing hurdles, our contract utilizes a client-designated medical spending cap (defaulting to a $1,500 baseline authorization if left blank). In life-threatening emergencies, we are authorized to exceed this cap to preserve your pet's life while exhausting all measures to reach you.
  • Comprehensive Transport Security: Your signed release permits us to securely transport your pet in a company or walker vehicle equipped with appropriate safety restraints (such as crates, secure carriers, or canine seatbelts) to ensure a protected transit path to emergency veterinary care.
